Paul Scholes made his debut in September 1994. In December he nets a brace against QPR at Loftus Road.

In the summer of 1998, Paul Scholes is selected in England's World Cup squad and scores in their first group match against Tunisia.


He bounces back the following season with a hat-trick against Poland during England's Euro 2000 qualifying campaign.


A booking in the semi-final second leg against Juventus meant Paul Scholes was suspended for the Champions League final.
